Personal tuition at the Rose Li School involves an initial assessment and then the setting up a training programme. Your instructor will provide motivation - something which is initially difficult to do on your own. Your programme will be designed to meet your needs so that it can be integrated into your body at a pace that's right for you. Tuition in internal martial arts addresses the whole person; each programme is therefore as individual as you are. Personal tuition also provides: • Guidance on reaching your goals • Education • Motivation to attend • Incentive to train between sessions 1 Hour sessions begin at £80. All sessions, besides initial the session, are paid for in advance, discounts are available for purchasing tuition in blocks of five or ten. Combinations of hour and half hour sessions are also available. Performance Enhancement: The School can provide tuition on mental and physical performance enhancement for actors, athletes, sports-people and those engaged in high stress, high performance, manipulative activities such as surgeons. Performance enhancement within the School addresses the structural integration of the body as a whole and examines the mechanics of the process that underlies your particular endeavour. This package starts at £300 and is tailor made for the individual. Nutritional Programme: Nutritional programmes are based upon Taoist diet and nutritional principles. Nutritional packages start from £160. The Taoist Overhaul Package: If you want a total lifestyle overhaul then this package offers a comprehensive and individual three month training, nutrition and lifestyle programme.
